Leonardo “Leo” J. Rogliero is the founder and lead structural designer at LRM Structural Design LLC, a firm specializing in reliable, efficient, and code-compliant structural engineering for residential and commercial projects. Leo is known for his attention to detail, client-focused communication, and deep expertise in Revit, structural modeling, and permitting coordination.
With years of experience supporting homeowners, contractors, architects, and developers, he brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project — from home additions and remodels to new construction, load-bearing assessments, and specialty structural components.
Leo comes from a family of engineers, which shaped his passion for the built environment from an early age. His father, a Civil Engineer with more than 30 years of construction experience, chose to focus his career on the building side rather than design. Growing up around construction sites and real-world problem solving gave Leo a practical understanding of how structures are actually built.

Leo earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, one of the highest-ranked engineering schools in the United States.
Georgia Tech’s Civil Engineering programs consistently rank among the top in the nation, reflecting the rigorous technical foundation Leo brings to his work at LRM Structural Design LLC.
Before attending Georgia Tech, Leo completed his studies at Miami Dade College, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Beyond the technical work, Leo believes great engineering starts with great communication. He takes pride in making the design and permitting process simple, transparent, and stress-free for clients.
Outside of work, Leo is a proud husband and father to two beautiful daughters. He is passionate about sports, loves cooking, and enjoys spending quality time with his family. These personal passions bring balance and creativity to his work, helping him stay focused on delivering a positive experience for every client.
